Inquest into the death of missing Luftwaffe airman Obergefreiter Franz Huske.

Location: Inquest held at The Coroner’s Office, 50 Westgate, Chicester, West Surry.

Following many years of research into the loss of Franz Huske the societies Luftwaffe historian, Melvin Brownless, was able to present detailed information to those obtaining a licence for the Do217 aircraft recovery in which Franz was killed and reported missing. Melvin was invited to attend the recovery. These details were paramount in confirming the identity of Franz at the inquest into his death, attended by Melvin and our Chairman David King.
